Throughout my career, I’ve conceptualized, planned, and executed a wide range of high-impact events, demonstrating expertise in managing both large-scale physical gatherings and complex international online programs. My focus is always on creating engaging experiences that meet strategic objectives, whether it’s fostering community, driving leads, or facilitating high-level networking.
Through my career, I led the end-to-end planning and execution of major corporate events, a key example being the flagship annual gathering “Daquiprafrente” during my time at Daquiprafora.
Additionally, while at Agência RC Marketing, I supported the execution of multiple high-profile business dinners for APAS (São Paulo Supermarket Association). Each event hosted over 600 supermarket owners, managers, and CPG leaders, requiring meticulous coordination for high-level networking and relationship building.
At Crimson Education, I routinely managed a high volume of online events, personally overseeing the execution of over 120+ webinars that formed a core part of the marketing strategy over six years. Building on this extensive webinar experience, in 2023 I was entrusted by the Executive Team to independently conceptualize, build, and execute two particularly complex, large-scale regional online summits for the EMEA and APAC regions – initiatives outside my core operational duties at the time.
