In FY2024, Crimson Education marked a significant milestone: its 10th anniversary. This presented a unique opportunity to launch a major global brand initiative (“10 Years of Crimson Education”) across all 22 markets. Within this year-long celebration, a key strategic objective was to reinforce Crimson’s unparalleled leadership in US & UK university admissions and drive qualified leads during the peak admissions results period.
As Global Marketing Strategist, I was heavily involved in the overall campaign framework, but my core responsibility was to lead the ideation, strategic development, and end-to-end execution of the crucial sub-campaign: “10 Years of US & UK Admissions Success.” This was conceived as both a brand-reinforcement exercise and, critically, a consult-focused digital advertising push designed for maximum impact.
My leadership spanned the entire lifecycle of the “10 Years of US & UK Admissions Success” sub-campaign:
Conceptualization & Strategy: Played a key role in brainstorming and defining the sub-campaign’s objectives: highlighting Crimson’s decade of results and leveraging the “1,000+ Ivy League Offers” milestone for lead generation, solidifying market leadership against competitors.
Integrated Project Management: Developed and managed the project plan, coordinating across multiple teams (design, content, web, local teams) and ensuring alignment with the overarching 10-Year campaign timelines and messaging.
Messaging & Positioning: Defined the core messaging specifically for the US & UK Success angle (e.g., “Trusted by Thousands, Proven Results,” “Your Ivy League & Oxbridge Success Starts Here”), ensuring consistency across all assets.
Creative Direction, Copywriting & Content Oversight: Supervised the overall creative development for the sub-campaign’s assets, ensuring brand consistency and a conversion-focused approach. My direct contributions included writing all core copy for key promotional materials, including advertising guidelines, specific ad copy variations (for static/video), landing pages, and promotional banners. Additionally, I oversaw the content development for the main 10-year anniversary website pages, ensuring alignment with the campaign’s strategic messaging and objectives.
Channel Strategy & Execution (Digital Ad Focus): While the sub-campaign ran across multiple channels (organic, email, etc.), I directly drove the strategy and oversaw the execution of the significant paid advertising component for Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
Global Rollout & Localization: Developed implementation guidelines and Go-to-Market frameworks to ensure seamless localization and execution by local marketing teams across the 22 participating markets.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Continuously tracked Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – focusing on Lead Generation, Conversion Rates, and Revenue Impact – providing insights for ongoing campaign optimization.
